At Renjana, our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients, teams, and communities, and we have been closely monitoring the latest developments with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

• The Renjana Stores are well sanitized, and we strictly follow the standard operating procedures (SOP)

• Renjana.com remains open and we are dedicated to providing you with the shopping experience you have come to know and love.

• Estimated shipping of available items is within 1-4 business days.  Please refer to the delivery date estimate noted on the product description page and at checkout.

• The return for online purchases is 30 DAYS. Please refer to our “Returns & Exchanges” section for more information.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

As for now we only fully operates on our official website for purchases.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

You do not need an account to place an order on Renjana.com. However, we suggest registering for access to exclusive services.

– Browse our catalogue, select a category or a sub category from the navigation menu, or click into our selection featured on our homepage.

– To find a specific item, use our [filters] to narrow the category results or type a query in the website search bar.

– Once you have selected your product, choose your desired colour and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking [add]. To complete your purchase at a later time, add the product to your wishlist by clicking [save]

– Once you add the first product to your shopping bag, the quantity of its contents will increase from 0 to 1.

– Once you have finished shopping, click on [cart] or [checkout] to be led to the checkout process.

ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! Renjana website presents a wide selection of ready-to-wear Baju Melayu and Kurta. On occasion, some products that are labeled as ‘coming soon’ may not appear in our online store at the moment.

If you do not see a product that you are looking for on our website, please contact our client service. one of our advisors will be happy to assist you with your search.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our client service as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. If you would like to return an order that you have received, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process an exchange as requested.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Updates on your order status will be sent to you by Email/SMS. You may also track your order online by logging into your Renjana account or you can direct to https://renjana.com.my/order-tracking/.

Return and Refund

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING I ORDERED ONLINE?

Items purchased online may be returned via post mail (please note that as of now there is no REFUND available for either the price difference or returned goods)

1 – Please let us know by Email/WhatsApp before sending us your goods for an exchange or return with a note.

2 – Carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect against damages in transit. please include the return request note or original invoice.

3 – Hand over the package to any carrier. you will need to cover the cost of the shipment and insurance.

4 – If you wish to return an item, please contact our client service within 7 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be made within 30 CALENDAR DAYS from the date of delivery. You may use other postal services at your own risk.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be unworn, unused, and in saleable condition, with all original tags attached. They must be accompanied by the return request note included in the original order.

Personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer.
