Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

Orders received before 9.00 a.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be sent the same day. Orders received after 9.00 a.m. or on holidays are processed the following working day. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday orders will be mailed out the following Tuesday (excluding holidays).

Please keep in mind that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons when collections are released early, or if your package is held for customs clearance.

As for now, we are not open to walk-ins, Renjana only operates fully on our website and if there’s any update we will let everyone know via email/SMS or Instagram!

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

You do not need an account to place an order on Renjana website. However, we suggest registering for access to exclusive services.

1. GO TO SHOP

Go to the shop page and browse our catalogue, select a category or a sub-category from the navigation menu, or click on our selection featured on our homepage.

to find a specific item, use our [filters] to narrow the category results or type a query in the website search bar.

2. PICK YOUR DESIRED PRODUCT

Choose your desired product. Once you have selected your product, choose your desired colour and size (if applicable) and add it to your shopping bag by clicking [add].to complete your purchase at a later time, add the product to your wishlist by clicking [save].

3. VIEW YOUR CART

Add to the cart your desired items and review all your added items on the cart page. Once you add the first product to your shopping bag, the quantity of its contents will increase from 0 to 1

4. CHECKOUT PAGE (CONTACT INFORMATION)

Once you have finished shopping, click on [cart] or [checkout] to be led to the checkout process. If you require information or assistance, please contact our client service.

Fill up all the required information, email, address, phone number, etc. Having an account is not compulsory but it is advisable to do so.

Choose Billplz for Online Banking payment method. Support most Malaysian Online Banking, Debit Cards and Credit Cards. For Outside Malaysia, you can directly use Billplz + Senangpay which accepts Visa/Mastercard.

Of course, you can! Please choose Visa/Mastercard during checkout if you will be paying by credit or debit card. Then please fill in your card information and follow the instructions given to complete your payment.
