Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases at RENJANA. If this is not the case, we will willingly accept the goods for an exchange, and please note that as of now there is no REFUND available for either the price difference or returned goods.

The product must be:

In new condition and marketable.
Has not been washed, worn, or tampered with (with origin labels)
Returned within seven calendar days (starting on the date postmarked)

Notes for Exchange:

You may only exchange items of the same price or higher than the returned items (no refund for the price difference if the price of the items exchanged is lower than the returned items).
You are required to pay for the price difference.
Delivery charges (RM8 in Malaysia) applied.

**PLEASE BE AWARE ** All promotional and discounted items are not entitled to an exchange and are not recorded. Products bought during our sales and promotion period are final.
